[evlatests] Closure errors by band.

As suggested in this morning's meeting, a filter was put in
at C-band, (4450-5050MHz ??), right after the receiver.

Data were taken at K, C, and X band at 50, 25, 12.5MHz continuum.

The RCP C-band data is now free of the closure error.
LCP still has the problem.
This is true at all 3 bandwidths examined.

The particular filter responsible for the aliased response now
needs to be identified.
