[evlatests] [Fwd: Baselines and EVLA]

i believe i have now fixed this.  no, really...

another check would be good.

i will be on travel to japan tomorrow.  if the fixed version does not work, 
please execute /home/mchost/evla/bin/obs2script-old which will still have the 
end-of-scan problems, but not the beginning-of-scan ones.
