There seemed to be many (>= 2) problems.
1.  Mike had changed the deformatter SW in a way that
made the defualt gain settings incompatible with the
downconverter attenuator settings we use by default.
There was no hope of getting any correlatoed signal
unless we changed either the attenuator settings or
the downconverter gain setting: I saw no reason to
do either, and probably get it wrong, on such short
notice.

2.  I did experiment with setting downconverter attenuators
to match what the deformatter expected, but still no fringes.
I can only conclude that there are other things wrong as well.
The only thing I did verify at that time was that the antennas
were pointing at the rught place.

I think we should spend some time today trying to get the
antennas to work again.
