My understanding of this problem is that the most likely cause
is in software not the ACU or its MIB.
1.  Both antennas suffer the problem at the same time
2.  There is evidence other commands to the antenna are lost 
    or ignored
3.  Restarting the Sw has been shown to make it all work again
