This was a day of confusion and problems. I offer only a bare
outline of how it looked to me.

Post Mortem
We were late getting started because there was general confusion
over who had control of antenna 16 today. 16D was dead much of
the day; Rob reported separately how that was fixed. 16B looked
funny most of the day. It was traced to the DTS module which oftens
seemed to like to reset itself. In additino to what Rob said I can
report that it seems to be data dependent: C, L and Q band were not
afftected, X, and especially K, were badly affected. The latter
problem, so far as I know, is not yet resolved.

16, Q band
It now works. the RCP correlated signal was hiding in the large
delay and pointing errors. Pointing is within about 1/4 beam now
and delays and focus are OK.

Looking for the L300 comb
Vivek used a few hours taking more daya towards this. The first
hour was of dubious use because the antennas were not getting, at
least, pointing commands. Restarting the executor made it work
again. I spent little time investigating this, perhaps Rich or
Barry can say more.

Sensitivity
Rick tried the usual tests in the evening. I suspect it was less
than useful. I learned from the operator in the evening that the
antennas seemed to be moving away from where they were commanded.
I urged caution and stowing the antennas manually if necessary.
No attempt was made to try to understand what was really happening.
