Not much was done today.  The level setting command to the T304
was tested and refined today using the downconverter in 16A as
a test case.  Pete will install this SW in 16B and 16C Wednesday.
Putting this in 14 will take longer because the downconverters 
there are fundamentally different modules with a different MIB
image.

It was verified that -33 dBm is a good power level for all the IFs
that are working right now.  With the downconverter ouptut power
set t this level all the samplers had RMS values between 5 and 10
sampler units.  As expected this remains true independent of band.

14D was awakened by applying enough pressure to the DTS module.
The downconverter that never worked in 14 still does not work.

Most of the time was spent doing pointing with 16 and 14 during its
momentary intervals of lucidity.  I will report separately on the
the pointing data.
