[evlatests] S6 570 cancelled today; morphs into Software and AR 570

The Chandra/VLA observation S6 570 later today, August 23, has been 
cancelled.  The time for S6 570 showing in the REVISION 1 VLA schedule
has been reassigned to Software and AR 570, resulting in

   Software, 0600-1430 LST, day 60424 (about 9am - 530pm)
   AR 570,   1430-1600 LST, day 60324.
