[evlatests] Changes in Software time the week of August 22

A VLA REVISION 1 schedule for August was published today.  It shows
Software time changing

   from August 23, Tuesday, about 9am    - 430pm

   to   August 22, Monday,  about 1130am - 330pm
   plus August 23, Tuesday, about 9am    - 1pm.

Software time on August 25, Thursday, remains as published on the VLA
ORIGINAL schedule.  - Joan
