[evlatests] Antenna 16 Status

Antenna 16 is offline for the night.  We put in the new L305 today but 
could not get the 9.6Hz switching signal to work and had to bring the 
module back to the AOC.  It turns out they added the feature for selecting 
VLBA style 80Hz noise diode switching to the Xilinx FPGA but the firmware 
didn't support it yet.  Of course, given our usual luck,  the module logic 
defaulted to 80Hz because the MIB wasn't driving that pin.  Matt has 
reprogrammed the FPGA to change the default and we should be able to put it 
back in sometime Thursday morning. There will be a little more testing 
required so I'm guessing the antenna should be available sometime around 11AM.

I just noticed Ken's comment about the T5.  Did anything get done about 
that or do we need to change it tomorrow morning?
