Kerry, we need to reboot the switch that supports the BlB, StB and 
deformatters in rack8 to load a new OS.  It's quite possible that all 
the boards in that rack will hang and need to be reset (or power 
cycled).  They may ride through just fine, it's difficult to predict.

Jeff is out at the site, could you let him know when you're ok for that 
switch reboot.

Jeff, as soon as Kerry says it's ok then go ahead.  You may want to show 
him this email as I suspect he's not reading email.  I'll try and 
contact him via phone.
