[evla-sw-discuss] Possible mctest shutdown tomorrow

I mentioned that to Ken on Friday.  Did something change to make the
syspower portion of the SDMs larger.  Glancing at some of the recent
SDMs on mctest the largest are nearly 1GB and almost all of that
(98%) is the SysPower.bin file.

It may just be that more SBs have large SysPower files.
