[evla-sw-discuss] Possible mctest shutdown tomorrow

given that mctest filled up again friday, we should spend some effort 
figuring out why.  yes, we know it has a small disk, but something seems 
to have changed in the past few weeks to cause it to fill up much more 
quickly.
