[evla-sw-discuss] Possible mctest shutdown tomorrow

As I mentioned this morning we didn't put the disk into mctest
today since it hadn't struck me as sufficiently pressing to
warrant a special trip.

Now that I've looked at the usage it might be wise to get it in
tomorrow with a plan to switch to it sometime next week (after
rsyncs).

Any issue with us installing it tomorrow.  It should be hot
swap and transparent to normal operation but we might have to
reboot mctest to get the kernel to see it.
