[evla-sw-discuss] Lustre infiniband work

Ok, all done. The metadata and storage servers are now aware
of their IB interfaces. I rebooted them to make sure they come
up cleanly.

The CBE nodes and NGAS servers appear to see Lustre without issue
so I'm calling it done. I can't fully test the infiniband till
we get the IB capable CBE nodes.

If you see any problems let me know.
