[evla-sw-discuss] Lustre infiniband work

After speaking with Ken and Martin we decided to not wait for 9am
but to go ahead and proceed.

I'm about to start.  The machines below will complain about an
inability to access lustre.  Once I'm done they should resume,
if they don't we'll reboot them.
