[evla-sw-discuss] upgrade of EVLA Linux machines

   In addition to the work listed below we need to upgrade the
Lustre servers.  Evla-oss-1 (disk array server for lustre) has
a failing OS disk.  It and evla-mds (metadata server for lustre)
are running an old version of Redhat and Lustre.

   Both servers will get new OS disks so they can be reverted
via disk swap in the event of problems.
