[evla-sw-discuss] JIRA SSS 1.07.00 Issues

We'll soon create a 1.07 branch for the OPT & friends.  Please look at 
your open JIRA issues for 1.07.  Mark any that are actually done as 
resolved.  For those that are not either move'm to what you think is an 
appropriate release, or just leave them in 1.07.  Tomorrow morning i'll 
move all unresolved issues to another release & create release notes.  
If appropriate i'll make another version of Testing Tips.

I'm figuring on holding the SSS mtg tomorrow and letting the scientists 
know what will be in the release.
