[evla-sw-discuss] evlamon, the main monitor data archive

Update - Once we began loading the monitor data for May and June,
and Matt retrieved statistics on how quickly it was loading, we
determined that it would take 16.79 days to load the data if we
did not simultaneously run the monitor data loader. Therefore, we
decided not to load the previous data and to begin loading only
new data on lando.

Monitor data after 6/29/10 at approximately 10:00 am will be on
lando. Data for May and June will be on r2d2 and will continue to
load there.

Alert data are loading on both lando and r2d2.

We are backing up the data on both lando and r2d2.

You're welcome to email me if you have any questions.

Many thanks to Rich Moeser, Bill Sahr, KScott Rowe, Jeff Goldin,
and especially Matt Gardiner for all their help in recovering
from this hardware problem.

Cheers,
Pat
