Here is the (short)  list of the problems I found once the antennas
and correlator were in good shape and we tried to get it all to work.

1.  Configuration Mapper was started at mccc boot time, but
     was not initiallized with a station list.  I tried, but
     could not find an appropriate initialization file to send
     by hand.  Eventually I was able to kill and restart CM
     using a command line that pointed to the right file.

2.  Telcal does not start automatically when the machine it
     runs on is booted.

3.  Mcaf was running.  I don't know if that was because
     it came up properly or Rich had intervened earlier.

4.  The CBE had no problems.  I know that James and Martin
     both worked earlier in the day to make it usable.
