Both the first and second baseline boards are setting their
secondary addresses to the wrong 10.80.211.100 address so which
ever boots last is pingable.

They may be reporting it correctly at that level but they aren't
in the area I have to pull it from.

They both give the rack and slot as 0. The first one should
be 1 for rack and 1 for slot. The one below should be 2 for
rack and 1 for slot. This means they're both setting their
secondary IP to the wrong rack0/slot0 address, ie 10.80.211.100.

[root at bb2007 ~]# cat /sys/module/mcb/parameters/rack
0
[root at bb2007 ~]# cat /sys/module/mcb/parameters/slot
0

Output below should be 10.80.212.101 not 211.100.

[root at bb2007 ~]# ifconfig eth0:1
eth0:1 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:E0:4B:19:B0:2B
           inet addr:10.80.211.100 Bcast:10.80.211.255
