[evla-sw-discuss] Address/hostname table for EVLA Widar0

The baseline boards are physically in slot 1 (the second slot) of the  
top crate in each of B101 and B102, the table shows them in slot 0.

One Baseline board boots, the other does not.  The one that does boot  
reports the correct rack/crate/slot:

This board also resolved its secondary (location-based) IP address  
properly.
