     That would be Keith Morris et al's phase stability
test setup ...  the nearest drop was subnet-2.   It
never occured to me that they'd be generating sufficient
packets to be a problem.

      I wouuldn't think they were broadcasting so it's
not clear to me why your recieving them.   If it's multicast
and  you're subscribed then you'd get them no matter
what network they're on.

      Just trying to figure out whether the problem is
a) They're on subnet-2 (in which case we move them)
b) They're talking too much (in which case we tell them
      to dial it back)
c)  It's just suprising (in which case it's not any more)
