This morning during Rick's test, antennas 13, 14 and 16 were in "take".
Sam had never seen this before. He set them to "use" as we do with VLA
antennas and the subarray screen now indicates "use".

Any idea why this happened? Is there something I should add to our
instructions about this?

Rick - 21 will be missing. After the moves yesterday, there was
confusion about the DCS and modem channel numbers. I'm not sure if the
LO group is finished with their work after the 5/21 switch.
