[evla-sw-discuss] AM861 Script Problem

We had a problem with the mjd being incorrect for AM861 last night. The 
observation day for the file was listed at 60,670 at 18 30 00 lst, 
2006.08.03 00:19:24 mst. The only thing incorrect in this date was the 
mst time, which should have been 21:49:59.

How accurate does the time need to be for obs2script to do the right thing?
