Just as a start of getting some of this stuff under control, I have put
the Tasking directories ctri/include and ctri/etc under CVS control in
/home/asg/cvshome.  If anybody modifies a file in these areas in the 
PCs, he should also submit the change to CVS on filehost.  (Sorry, we
ought to be able to do better than that, but I'm still learning the
ropes.)

It looks to me like these two directories are the only stuff from Tasking
that we are likely to want to mess with; others can be restored from 
CD if we accidentally lose them.
