Single precision is OK for antenna pointing (LSB = ".05), unless we do
something stupid.  Admittedly, it would be nicer to have something that
doing something stupid would not affect the answers.  (If I were implementing
the ACU servo, I would consider using DSP mode to pick up a couple extra 
bits.)
