I don't immediately see anything that would cause a problem. Depending on
how the VDIF threads are recorded (separate files or interlaced into one
file) there might be a setup change needed (two datasteams per telescope,
one per VDIF file, rather than just one datastream as would be the case for
interlaced VDIF).  I don't think point 3) needs any changes, if there are
channels in these stations that are not present at other stations they just
wouldn't be correlated.
