[Difx-users] DiFX users meeting 2016 pre-announcement

Hi Chris,
I'm just passing along what I was told (by Arthur Niell).
I was not party to whatever discussions set that date (and if it is firm),
so I can't say if the SOC was or was not consulted (in full or in part).
