        User numbers run from 2 to 46656.  The correct format for
        displaying them is thus I6.  Started to correct some
        routines.  In $AIPSUB: AU3A, AU5, AU8, AU8A, PRTMSG; in
        $APLSUB: LSTHDR, MSGWRT, OFMDIR; in $YPGM: TVRGB.
        There are lots of other places that use I5 after 'user='
        and so may run together but will not be *****.
        Moved nowhere.

        These two called CL2FO without making sure that there was
        a CL table from which to extract the frequency offsets.
        Fixed that.  Many tasks can call CL2FO but those calls
        were properly defended.
        Moved nowhere.

        NEW TASK: copies a data set one subarray at a time adding
        user specified time offsets to the recorded time.  This
        allows restoring a multi-subarray DBCON data set after
        it has been through ASA.
