CHANGE.DOC entries:

        Put the determination of channel weights ahead of building
        the RM table and changed that to determine rmses for all
        pixels.  Turn off the menu while the user makes an initial
        guess and then turn it back on.  Added a plot of the residual
        rms in Q and U or an approximate error in P when the fit
        model is  plotted.  In the edit stage, added code to determine
        whether how many components will fit on the TV and how many
        will appear in one line as CHOOSE COMP instead.  Changed the
        right-hand menu to include SHOW IMAGE QRMS and URMS and
        build that menu just before the call to TVMENU where the
        display size may be checked.  Changed range of DOOUTPUT to
        7 to include writing the RMS images and added code to do that
        when requested.  Changed help file to refelct these changes.
        Moved nowhere.

        Updated HLPRMFIT for all the above changes.  This pointed
        out changes needed in the other run-time help files
        HLPXGAUS, HLPAGAUS, HLPZEMAN, and HLPZAMAN.  They
        should now be complete.
