        Following Vincent McIntyre's (CSIRO) suggestion added
        # includes to $APLUNIX/ZTKOP2.C and $APLLNX64/ZTQSP2.C.
        His Debian required these and out LNX64 does not mind.
        Also changed XAS.SHR to add -fcommon to the Makefile
        and to define XLink as int.
        Moved to 31DEC25 this date.

        The fix I made last July for CT tables in EOPS having
        dates all zero broke the case where the dates ar 0, 1,
        2, 3, 4.  Added a loop to check if all dates are zero
        before the main CT table read loop.
        Moved to 31DEC25 this date.
