[daip] MakeLink: bind error (INET): Address already in use {External}

Hello Eric or designated AIP


We might have managed to install AIPS after all! However, the TVSERVER is
giving the following error:


MakeLink: bind error (INET): Address already in use

TVSERVER told to shut down by XAS

XAS: Quitting NOW.


Thanks for your help.
