The missing file should be located at
/home/julia/Documents/Programs/AIPS/31DEC17/LNX64/LIBR/INTELCMP/
If the file(s) are there, then there is some issue with $PATH and or
$LD_LIBRARY_PATH. After you
have sourced $AIPS_ROOT/LOGIN.SH or .CSH, say

echo $PATH
echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH
echo $HOST
echo $SITE
echo $SYSLOCAL

Is it possible that your site name changed along with the host name?

What do all these say?
