[daip] AIPS issue after reinstallation of Ubuntu

Hi Julia,

I am not really the best person to as installation questions.  It is 
best to send them to daip at nrao.edu or submit a helpdesk ticket to 
help.nrao.edu.  I have cced this to daip at nrao.edu.
