[daip] {Disarmed} NASA EOSDIS Annual Satisfaction Survey 2020

NASA has commissioned the CFI Group, an independent research and consulting organization, to conduct a brief survey to rate the products and services NASA currently provides you from its Earth Observing System Data and Information System (EOSDIS) Distributed Active Archive Centers (DAACs). Through the survey, we hope to assess your perceptions, learn more about your needs, and identify opportunities to improve service.  

On behalf of NASA, thank you in advance for your cooperation and insight.  This survey should take no longer than 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
