1. I do not usually recommend using the TV to make publication figures.  
The lettering and other things are too crude.  KNTR, PCNTR, GREYS all 
have lots of grey-scale options including making a white background with 
black being full intensity.  LWPLA leaves you many choices as to the 
lettering fonts, pen widths, etc  TVCPS does have a DOINVERS option.

2. I can't think of any task in AIPS that will re-order the IFs once 
they have been loaded out of order.  What does a PRTAB on your FQ table 
show?  I could write a simple task that would fix this I guess.  It 
would be a FUDGE clone.
