I can look at the vlbafix question also - but I have noticed something. 
If one sets DOWEIGHT=-1 in FITLD the autocorr data have values 10^5 less 
while the cross corrs are the same.  The weights are changed by 10^6 and 
the weight scale code is very simple.  I do not understand and am 
debugging.  I think somehow this affects old VLBA data not recent or I 
would have had lots of complaints - including in my own data reductions
