Ok, also, it was weird that VLBAFIX only split off one file for one FREQID, when I thought it would produce 4 files for all 4 FREQID’s.  I had to use splat to produce 4 FREQID data files.

I do not know why your ACCOR is failing.  I just downloaded your data from the archive and ran ACCOR on the U band data and it ran fine.  BUT your auto-cor data for all 4 frequency groups have amplitudes over 100000 - they should be near 1.  Your Xcor data have amplitudes like 0.001 before ACCOR and after more like 1.e-9.  I have asked some more expert people about this but I think something is not right.
