        Changed UVPLT to plot the grid in a size controlled by IMSIZE
        and to have DO3COLOR control black&white (< 0), graphics color
        (=0), or 3-color (> 0).  Corrected the scaling of the phase
        when gridded in BPEPL.  Also IMSIZE.HLP.

15573.  October 28, 2020            ATLOD                   Eric
        Corrected several warnings and an error from a modern Fortran
        compiler.  That compiler warns about an executable statement
        being used as the end of a DO loop.  Added CONTINUE to end
        the loops.  It found that a subroutine declared the size of
        the arrays it was being passed as 640, but at least one call
        had arrays much smaller than that.  This is an error according
        to the compiler.  Changed the subroutine to use (*) for
        the arguments.  Other warning messages were harder to fix
        including the byte swap handling.  A warning that is an actual
        error occurs when an array(6,6) is accessed up to 30 in the
        first argument.  Passing phase info from adverbs cannot work
        as a consequence of this error.  Did not attempy to fix.
        Moved nowhere (does anyone care?).
