        Changed the pipeline RUN file and help to add two new options.
        One adds SNSMO to clip bad rates and then smooth the rates
        whenever FRING is run (not the 1-scan use when not doing
        PCCOR).  The other adds a self-cal on the calibration
        sources: IMAGR and then FRING with each source and model.
        The SNSMO option applies there too.
        Moved nowhere.
