I am going to close this ticket since it quite old.  I repaired CLCOR (EOPS) for an issue I made when I worked on it to get it to handle observations from multiple days concatenated.  When the concatenated files all had the same CT table, my repair caused a problem which I fixed in 31dEC19 and 31DEC20 in June 2020.  The error you reported looks like this bug.
