CHANGE.DOC entries:

15576.  November 2, 2020       BPEDT, EDITR, et al.      Eric
        Changed BPEDT, PCEDT, EDITR, EDITA, and SNEDT Fortran and
        help so that CROWDED can have values up to 2.  The new value
        tells the task to use memory to make the plot rather than
        writing each plot command to the TV directly.  Changed
        QEDIUTIL and BPEDIT to have CROWDED be an integer.  Changed
        UNDO FLAGS to not try to correct the display screen as it runs
        but instead to do a REDO FLAGS and REPLOT following the UNDO.
        Changed the main plot routine in both to make a grid in dynamic
        memory and fill it, then plot the image onto the screen, and
        release the dynamic memory.  Fixed the flagging in secondary
        windows when DO3COLOR = 2, which confused the code.  Changed
        all run time help files for UNDO FLAGS (BP, PC, PD, CL, TY, SY,
        UV).  Changed many formats to handle the larger number of
        points some of these plots have.
        Moved nowhere.
