The call sequences to QXXPTS and friends did not get changed
in this task when they were changed (Feb 1, 2019) for issues
with OOSUB. Furthermore, the value of the parameter that
tells the Q routine to add or subtract in the DFT was set to
add rather than subtract and needs now to be in a slightly
different place in the AP memory.

PUVD.INC Raised MAXCCC to 8.
CCMINI Added a new column 4 but allow NCOL 3, 4,
7, or 8 with column 4 omitted on 3 and 7.
TABCCM Call sequence gets another argument (Z),
KOLS equivalence is changed, return all call
arguments (as 0) even if missing from table
SETGDS TABINI -> CCMINI, force DFT on 3D CC file
VISDFT TABINI -> CCMINI/TABCCM, when there is Z
column, just put xx, yy, zz into AP
VSCDFT As VISDFT
VSFDFT As VISDFT
GRDCRM TABINI/TABIO -> CCMINI/TABCCM, add test for 3D
with error exit.

15464. March 2, 2020 MOD3D Eric
NEW TASK: reads multiple CC model facets and computes
the Dx, Dy, Dz to be multiplied by the U, V, W of the
input data set (What VISDFT puts into the AP to do this).
Makes a new CC table with a Delata Z column and a
sub-image of the first model image. Don't know how useful
this will be - perhaps for P band.
Moved nowhere.
