        NEW TASK to write a text file for input to TARS with up to 9999
        model components each with Q and U (at 1 GHz), spectral index,
        rotation measure, and rotation measure "thickness".  It lists
        the model as comments at the start of the output text file.

        TARS:  Changed to pass on any comments read from the input file
               and to add comments showing input APARM(3-10), NITER,
               and FWHM of the restoring Gaussian.  Added option to
               fit the beam to the amplitude of the RMTF rather than
               the real part of the RMTF.
        TARS:  HELP changed APARM(9) for above
        TARPL: Added ability to plot the input text files to TARS as
               well as the output files.  When plotting the output
               files to set the max/min plot ranges only for those
               groups that will actually be plotted.  Gave it a plot
               file type number of its own
        TARPL: HELP changed to show plotting input as well as output
               text files.
        Moved nowhere.

        Changed to omit the IF line when both APARM(3) and APARM(4)
        are greater than zero.  The plot program used the number of
        antennas with data as the upper limit for antenna number
        lookup table.  Changed it to use 50 which is the actual array
        size limit.
