Hi Eric, 
Thank you very much for your reply! In fact, I found out that it was my silly mistake...It seems that BDF2AIPS took longer than I expected and I run my reduction script before BDF2AIPS was finished. As you suggested, I re-run BDF2AIPS, and it works well now. :)
