The BDF2AIPS log file suggests that it stoped running after loading only 1 9-minute scan.  It did not function properly so any more scans and the table data did not get written.  You must try to re-run BDF2AIPS to see if it will work better or provide information about why it is quitting.  If there is a BDF2AIPS issue you might need to contact Bill Cotton (bcotton at nrao.edu) provide him with the VLA project code and the version of OBIT that you are using.
