CHANGE.DOC entries:

        Changed to PDPLT to have its plot type number, to make sure
        all adverbs have defaults filled in, and to write more than
        one line of antenna numbers if needed.

        Changed PDPLT to allow up to 4 PD tables from up to 4 data
        sets.  A lot of internal array structures and logic changed
        but in fact things are likely simpler now.  Changed AU2A
        (PLGET) and AU8A (EXTLIST) for this change.  The latter
        will - for the heck of it - support the current version
        and the previous (2 data set) version.
        Moved nowhere.
