I received 3 messages from you but 2 were blank. The one with all the plots came through just fine. I suspect that you hit reply in your e-mail and put the message at the end after the copies of the previous texts. This helpdesk tool doesn't like that and discards the entire message. If you want to hit reply put your message at the top and then it should come through.
Since your phase calibrator fluxes dropped just like your target fluxes, there is clearly something wrong with the amplitude calibration. Check that the SN amplitudes following ACCOR are about 1.0. Then check your TY tables. The images confirm this in that the rmses look similarly reduced.
