[daip] Install Wizard file not accessible anymore

Dear Nrao Stuff,

I'm trying to install AIPS on my laptop, but probably something has 
changed recently and in order to download the "Install Wizard" file (the 
link points here: 
ftp://ftp.aoc.nrao.edu/pub/software/aips/31DEC20/install.pl) a username 
and password are required. I've tried with ones of nrao account but it 
doesn't work.

I say that something has recently changed because I did it also one 
month ago and it wasn't like this.

Could you please tell me how to get the installation file?
