I have had to revert the AIPSPATH files to the AIPS-first structure.  There were issues with rsync affecting different sites and the $PATH even got us on one of the VLA computers.  The files $SYSUNIX/AIPSPATH1.* have the post-pend version for your convenience.  Replace the $AIPS_ROOT/AIPSPATH.* files with these (dropping the 1 and fixing the AIPS_ROOT definition).
